I suffer from a crooked tail bone problem that I encountered from my childhood days in primary school. As I grew older and entered into adulthood the problem somehow seemed to escalate. The probabality of that might be because of the long hours at work and the pain was becoming unbearable at such a young age.
A few years into my career I went for a check-up with a bone specialist at Glen Eagles hospital and according to the specialist there, after an x-ray was taken was that nothing could be done to correct the positioning. The pain will come as and when it comes which is sad because I can be doing nothing or just bending down to collect something from the floor and when I stand up again I will not be able to move. The pain is really excruciating to the point that I have to be on MC for 2-3 days in a row lying down in bed. My work relationship with my boss suffered as he did not understand my situation on how a young healthy person can suddenly be bedridden for 2-3 days.
I tried many therapies from many places but it did not help to ease my pain. Then I went to GWTPL who practises Complimentary Therapy and Jerome the therapist did the deep tissue therapy coupled with the proper essential oils to counter my back problem. I have seeked treatment from him since 1999 and my condition has improved since. I never got the excruciating pain attacks again after the treatments done by him and the pain never came back except the occasional ones.

I have been going to Golden Wellness Therapeutic for my regular deep tissue therapy. I have been having pain on both my knees and feel pain everytime I took the stairs. After attending every session, the pain is relieved and I could walk up the stairs without feeling the pain. The therapist Jerome is friendly and approachable. Before the start of every session, he will ask whether there is any problem and will describe what he will do to relieve the pain. During every session, he will tell me what's wrong with me and why the pain. When he massage the shoulder and neck, he will tell me that he felt the stiffness and apply certain pressure to ease the pain. I was recommended by my friend who went to Golden Wellness previously for therapy. As I have the occasional pain here and thereI decided to give it a try. At my trip to Golden Wellness, after acessing my condition, Aloysious recommended a deep tissue therapy session.
He is professional in his work and able to identify and remedied the "pain" point on my body and able to soothe the tightness I felt in the various muscle groups in my body. I had a mild sensory stroke early this year and was admitted to the hospital for a number of days. I had lost some sensation on my left cheek and my right leg. My hands was trembling quite badly and no amount of medication was working. Everytime I held a cup in my hands it would chatter very badly and I was enveloped by fear and shame and worried that the situation will eventually get worse as it did from past years so I talked to my sister who recommended me to Rose at Golden Wellness Therapeutic because she was also going for treatment there. Massage to me is a "female" activity. This was my personal opinion until I met Rose and the masseuse at Golden Wellness. They really "opened my eyes" to the world of massage and let me really understand what a real massage is to be like and what beneficial effect different kinds of massages bring. To date I have done the deep tissue and aroma therapy massage. The deep tissue massage takes some time to get used to especially if it is your first time. But after the massage, I felt extremely refreshed and "light weighted" for limb movements; blood circulation seemed to have improved as I could feel blood circulating through my whole body especially the head and throat area.
For the Aroma therapy session it is very enjoyable and relaxing and is different from the previous experience I had. Rose is good especially the "pressing" of various points on your body (felt that a blockage is removed from your system and your body flow is corrected again). It's more than 1 year after I gave birth to my third child but there is no sign that my stomach will reduce in size.
