Mothers can do until they are due if they are confident with their pregnancy and again if there is no problem with their pregnancy.
WHAT IS PRE-NATAL YOGA
Mothers who are pregnant look most beautiful in certain months that they are expecting and it is time to love herself more especially at this stage and to nurture her body. But unfortunately with pregnancy comes all the woes of stress, physical and mental exhaustion, difficult temperament, difficulties during the pregnancy and the trauma of childbirth because each delivery is different in every aspect. The hormonal changes and the pregnancy cycles that a woman go through during pregnancy are tremendous especially during the 3rd trimester. This is where the experience of yoga comes into play. It is the preparation for a pregnant mother to prepare herself in body and in mind and to be strong for her upcoming delivery. The fetus becomes aware of this as well with the reduced stress from the mother. Connect with your body and baby during this period of time and mothers will perceive a fresh sense of well being. If this pratice of ancient knowledge is maintained with regularity, a state of health will be experienced and enjoyed for all mothers to be.
WHO CAN ATTEND PRE-NATAL YOGA
It is open to all pregnant mothers who are healthy during the second and third trimesters i.e. from the third month of their pregnancy and can enjoy it unto their delivery if they are still fit to practice. Mothers who do not have experience doing yoga before are not to worry as it is not necessary to have experience and complete beginners are always welcome. Anyway the Instructor Ms. Rita is a very patient instructor.
