PURCHASE PROCEDURE.

1.         All our products listed in the Website    can be purchase through e-mail or Fax. And all purchasing is only valid in local (Singapore).

2.                  To avoid communication error, we are strongly advise the purchase order be placed in written form via e-mail or fax to avoid error occurred. A written form is a confirmation invoice. However we do not accept and no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal communication.

3.         There is no minimum quantity of purchase, for those who  are required in bulk purchase beyond the website quantity, please order through e-mail.

PRICING AND PAYMENT.

1.         All our products listed in Website are in Sing Dollar (S$). There is no GST included.

• Cash payment is apply to indoor purchase only (shelf collection Only).

• Cheque/Cashier Order payment is apply to those required on delivery to their door step. Purchase order more than S$100 dollar, transportation fee is wavier, and those orders less than S$100, there will has S$20 transportation charges.

• Please post the cheque / Cashier order to.

§         Purchase order will send out only, once the cheque/Cashier order has been clear by bank, and will inform buyers the delivery date by Phone call or SMS.

3.                   We do not accepted all kinds of VISA CARD, MASTER CARD, AMFRICAN EXPRESS, DINER CLUD, CASHCARD AND BANK CARDS.

CANCELLATION.

1.                  Purchase order confirmed is not allow to cancelled, there will incur a 30% of the quotation price for restocking fee.

2.        Purchase order unconfirmed within 2 weeks will automatically deleted from our system.
